This particular location was when I visited for sale - at least the lot in which I was standing to take this photo. It's just off the Trans-Canada highway in DeSable. A fairly ideal location I think in which to purchase except that it is small and right on the busiest highway in Prince Edward Island. Previously it was home to a small arts and crafts business. This location is but one of the numerous small bays and harbours you see on the Island.
I spent quite time when I was home looking at available land and houses. It's my goal to be able to buy a house and settle there during the summer. A house that I could spend significant time fixing, remodeling, and expanding. In the end, if I am lucky, I hope to have a wonder place to live in when I retire. The pace of life there and the people make it an ideal place in which to settle. At this point in my life though experiencing different cultures, work, and general wanderlust prevent me from being there full-time.

i've really enjoyed going through your photos and entries... it's great to see the contrast in life between Taiwan and PEI... great stuff, keep it up!
