Dune Grass. Brackley Beach, Prince Edward Island

The topic most talked about in Taiwan is most certainly food. At least amongst the Taiwanese, foreigners such as myself tend to spend too much complaining about one thing or another. In PEI food may be a topic of conversation but it always takes second place to conversations about the weather. Perhaps this is because like with Taiwan food you never really can be sure what the weather will be. It's a guessing game and complaining about the weather service is everyones hobby.

Brackley Beach is one of our National Parks and I managed to spend some time there this week just before we got hit with some thunder showers. It's a beautiful place, well kept, and separated from the crass commercialism that surrounds it.

It looks like this weather is going to continue for the rest of the week
