I don't know how other people handle this change in weather. I don't see others in quite the mess that I am in - I'm constantly sneezing, have a runny nose, and watery eyes. I can't remember being like this during the Canadian winters where it is much colder. My mother sent me a note detailing the snow storm that they are having there at the moment. The knowledge that I would be shoveling my care out of 3 feet of snow if I was there somehow takes the chill out of the air here.

It's the high humidity that makes it so uncomfortable. A dehumidifier would sometimes help.
