Gas Meters IV. Hsinchu, Taiwan

This is a continuation of my fascination with gas meters. I think I should aim to have the largest collection of photos of this most mundane of urban objects.

There is a whole new neighbourhood I have discovered nearby my house in Hsinchu. I never gave this area much credit thinking that all that existed there was the lame Flying Pig pub and Caesar Park hotel. As in turns out there are a number of small interesting streets with some cool looking views. Not cool in the sense of the mountains near Chutung but more like some streets in Taipei. I like discovering these areas and Taiwan is so densely packed they are plenty to find. You just have to get out and find them.

I should have a few more photographs from this small area in the future.

Yes they can be beautiful objects to photograph. I like the second photo with apparently some ad fliers attacthed to the counters
